We are looking for Sales, Marketing, and Internship candidates to join our growing team:

1. Sales and Marketing Representative

  • Location: Work from home, with occasional travel (Kolkata HQ)

  • About the Role: As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you’ll connect with architects, interior designers, and clients to promote our range of furniture handles. You’ll handle accounts, build strong relationships, and execute marketing campaigns to generate sales and brand awareness.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to engage with design professionals.
    • Manage client accounts and ensure seamless communication.
    • Promote our products at industry events and through online marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and client relationships.
  • Key Qualifications:

    • Experience in sales or marketing, preferably in home décor or furniture hardware.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
    • Knowledge of the interior design industry is a plus.
    • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

2. Client Account Manager

  • Location: Work from home, with occasional travel (Kolkata HQ)

  • About the Role: The Client Account Manager will focus on managing relationships with architects, interior designers, and clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, handling accounts, and ensuring repeat business.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and grow client accounts through excellent service.
    • Address client queries, provide product recommendations, and handle order management.
    • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure customer needs are met.
    • Track account activities and sales performance.
  • Key Qualifications:

    • Experience in account management or client relations.
    • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.

3. Marketing Intern

  • Location: Work from home

  • About the Role: As a Marketing Intern, you’ll assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, handling social media accounts, and promoting Handle Expo’s products to architects and designers. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand strategy.

4. Sales Intern
